Time is the secret ingredient here. Marinating overnight, and cooking for 6 hours will give you the results you want. Trim fat off 1 beef brisket. Rub both sides with liquid smoke and place on heavy duty foil. Seal foil tightly and refrigerate brisket overnight.
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cover meat with sauce and seal tightly.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 5-6 hours
